The Fashion One Group International CEO Daryl de Jori resigned Wednesday after a ten-year tenure that included a decent restructuring and developing of the group and its media properties.
De Jori’s resignation is effective immediately. Chief Operating Officer and Director Sandro Messina has been appointed as the new CEO ad interim, while de Jori remains on board as the Chief Business & Development Officer. Second Director Ryan Gibson takes over the position of Chief Operating Officer ad interim.
“We have now completed a significant step to move on with the restructuring of the group. With my resign we can swiftly and effectively reorganize the group. Furthermore, I will remain a member of the executive board and join the supervisory board to assist the executives with the same encouragement as I did over the past years.” the former CEO said in the official statement.
The company, which is currently preparing the launch of further fashion ventures, has arranged major partnerships over the past months to boost the growth of their properties and to expand the reach of its business.
