Today, the Fashion One Group Int’l Limited has announced a corporate restructuring with a planned dissolution of the British holding company.
Following this procedure that is expected to be finalized by the end of January 2019, the Fashion One Group brand and all its data assets, excluding the FMD brand and media asset, will be continued under the IFDAQ brand.
The new name, logo and brand visuals communicate the company’s offerings as IFDAQ and are part of a broader corporate reorganization. The rebranding reflects the value of the company’s continuous endeavor to enable faster and confident decision cycles as well as strategic insight and value to fashion leaders. The new set up will enhance its profile as a leading analytics company.
